The first bottling

At the end of the nineteenth century the vineyard was strictly organised by Jacques de Tracy. He was the first to bottle wine here and he sold the Château de Tracy wines in France and in Russia. The vineyard then produced Pouilly Fume wine....as well as "méthode champenoise" sparkling wines.
